A large oval mixed-cut tsavorite garnet — vivid chromium green, with the brilliance that this variety achieves and that emerald never quite can — set in a white gold four-claw mount at the centre. Around it, eight aquamarine marquises arranged in two facing fans: four angled inward from above, four from below, their pale icy blue creating a deliberate counterpoint to the intensity of the green. The two colours don't match — they argue, productively.
The outer ring is a generous halo of round brilliant diamonds, claw-set in white gold, large enough to read as a structural element rather than decoration. The entire head is elevated on an open gallery with visible platinum-finish columns — the piece has real volume, real depth, real architecture. The white gold shank is clean and tapered, keeping the focus entirely on the head.
